scrambled

i have a captive works 700 that has been working great but all of the sudden all of my channels say scrambled. I have the latest bin installed and even tried a factory default, but still cant get anything. Does anyone know what could cause this

Receiver brand: CAPTIVE WORKS
Receiver model: 700
Dish type: DISH 500

Hi,

Turn your receiver off from back, wait 30 secs then on.
Make sure after you done the factory default your patch is enabled.

Press F1 then 000
