Because there is a process in which our mods go through in order to become a Super Moderator. We have several Moderators whom I would consider making a Super Mod before I would promote someone directly from a new user to a Super Mod. There are several factors that we take into consideration before we consider someone for even a Moderating position, let alone a Super Mod position.

We appreciate all of your help on the site, as do our members, and we'll continue to watch your progress and your ability to adapt to our policies and procedures.
