how to adjust signal/strenght on captiveworks700

hi i have 2 receivers(sonicview and captiveworks700) my signal and quality on my sonicview are both 99 and on the CW700 are 65and76. how can i adjust my signal and quality on my captiveworks...i have more channels on my sonicview....ty...

Receiver brand: CAPTIVEWORKS
Receiver model: 700
Dish type: DP 500PLUS
LNB settings: OCS-DP
Current programming status: UP WITH PROBLEMS

how r ur receivers conected????? r u running 1 or 2 dishes??? switches???? leave as much info as possible so that some one can help u.
