can't view some of my PVR stuff

I PVR'd some shows and some of them will not play but others will. I have a 250Gig USB Sata hooked formatted at fat 32 all one partition. When you highlight and press ok nothing happens comes up with OK to play. Any ideas?

take hard drive to computer to see if the file is actually there? Just convert it to .avi or .mpg
