Captive Works 650 classic

I just got the cw 650 classic. I tried programming it like the 600 premiuim that I currently have, but it's not working. Do I program the 650 the same way? (119 and 110)?

I also tried loading the bin, but that doesn't work either. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

do you have the newest file on the CW? if so press F1 on the remote and then 000 to enable patch and let it roll
