SonicView 4000 D/N no speed channel

Sonicview 4000 on D/N picks up all channels except channel 150/speedchannel. The screen is just black, no updates waiting or anthing. Does anyone else have a problem like this? Thanks.........

I found this morning channel 362 on bev was scrambled but all others were fine strange but bev might have deleted that channel of moved to different tp since my last scan, did you try a new scan to see if the same thing might have happened to dn??

No, I ask before I did a scan, I knew that the channel may have been moved or deleted and wanted to ask before I used my energy up scanning lol. I may try that and see if it helps. Thank you SS

n/p I always saved my channel data on usb and sometimes i do a rescan I think i might do that tonight myself to see if that channel on bev shows up aswell

vs ultra here, no probs with any particular channels. speed channel coming through fine with no tp changes. although, i did do a scan last night.

Thanks guys. I will rescan tonight and see what happens. I got my new box all dusted off and waiting on HOSTEL to get one up and running, then I do mine lol. Might get it right the first time lol.

On s/v i have all channels on bev and dish .You might try and defaulting it and rescanning
