Forum Changes

We've recently made some minor changes to our forum structure. The changes are as follows;

1. "FTA Talk" category created.
2. "Reviews and Recommendations" forum relocated to "FTA Talk" category.
3. "Simple Times" forum created in "Announcements & News" category. This forum has been created so that members have a place to read recent changes, news, and announcements local to SimpleFTA.com.
4. "Talk About It" forum created in "FTA Talk" category. This forum will act as a non-specific general discussion area for all members. Specific-receiver help should not be initiated in this forum.
5. "The Rumor Mill" forum created in "FTA Talk" category. This forum will be specifically for "rumors" and information that has not been verified.

Hopefully these changes will help members navigate the site easier while keeping our overall forums as simple as possible
