Checkout youtube for homemade HD antenna's you can build your own with some coat hangers and a piece of scrap wood. It seems to work great also

I live 50 miles away from the City . Ive run all kinds of antennas up here in the mountains . Nothing works ( even wood and a cloths hanger ) My mother lives 20 miles away from the same city and Pulls in tons of free hd channels with little indoor antenna . But to get as many Hd channels and as clear and being 50 miles away in the mountains is Very hard to do around here , But , This is the best antenna and the best solution BY FAR to the N3 thing . If I can pick up Hd channels in Amazing Quality with this antenna , This far back in the mountains , No one really has an excuse of Why you cant watch Tv . Maybe a complaint about the selection of channels now But I get 5 - 10 Very Hd channels now lol Including all Major Network stations . The family is Happy with me . Haha

I love it when you are into a show and it just digits out-We all just love that -but it keeps things interesting-- My wife hates OTA D-TV

my TV took a crap yesterday, it is now a black and white with shades of blue and yellow, so when I go back to work (hopefully soon) I will buy a new 1 and I can get rid of the dig convertor box I hate that thing also. I,m gettting a few channels but still would like to find a good omni-directional with 50-60 miles range.
