turn to ch 200 and is a/r off if so cool thats what you want. I take it you have the newest files loaded to the box and you are hooked up to the internet and your nfu is it getting a ip addy? if so and still no go do this unplug the internet and the router and turn off the nfu via the back switch wait about 5 min then plug it all in start with the internet box then when it is loaded do the router and then switch on the nfu should work
