Loader 2 help please

I have a Viewsat Platinum Lite and have installed and tried both Loader and Loader2 and attemtped to upload a variety of files with both programs. In all cases there are no error messages but the Loader keeps indicating "resending ZRQINIT"

Can anyone help please?

Receiver brand: VIEWSAT
Receiver model: PLATINUM LITE
Current programming status: SETTING UP

viewsat does not have any support for it so even if yu do get it to load a file its not going to work

I have a vs extreme i am having the same trouble. I know there's not a fix out but was going to load the last working file in case nag 3 was off again like awhile back,maybe i could catch a few shows.
